Stuck Like Glue

A quick note... today, my tongue felt like it was glued to the bottom of my mouth today - or to my teeth! Maybe that's what it feels like when it gets inflamed... who knows. But sure is a very strange feeling!

After surgery - it should return to it's normal size, and the bite marks on the side of my teeth will heal...

What did you ask? Oh yes... I didn't mention this... but the Acromegaly makes your tongue get bigger too, which impedes your sleep as well...

It also hinders your speech.... so all those times where y'all thought I was drunk, or losing my mind and couldn't spit out my words right over the past few years.... it was Acro, not me!

Now... if only someone can tell me why I talk like Yoda sometimes... or I flip my letters around when I speak...

I do admit... it amuses the hell out of me, and you'll find me giggling to myself a lot.... sometimes in public....
