So this is sister Tree again. Isa is dead tired. She keeps falling asleep mid sentence. No measurable sleep in 8 days. And of course, she wants to stay awake when we're here, and she wants us here. Catch 22! They are still draining 12cc of brain fluid per hour and she still has headaches. She says her headaches aren't as bad. She's in relatively good spirits though, joking and laughing often... Well, if her eyes don't roll back into her head and she starts sleeping mid haha!
I was to fly home today, but obviously there is still things to do and take care of here. I'm staying until this Sunday.

ReplyDeleteYou rock sister! My sister flew in to stay with me while I was stuck in the hospital with a CF leak too. Sisters are the best. We actually had fun because it was the first time in a long time that it was just the two of us hanging out. ðŸ‘

ReplyDeleteThank you Tree for keeping us updated, I'm so glad to hear she's finally getting sleep. Her body is so volatile right now she desperately needs rest for adequate recovery.
